Overview
Who is this for?
Chefs, catering professionals and members of university catering teams who are interested in learning more about British framing.
Why should I take part?
The aim is to inspire people about the farming practices used to produce food in this country and how they can help with patient outcomes. Simply put, if food is grown in a way that enhances the environment and is more nutritious as a result, it can help patients recover quicker and contribute to our sustainable and net zero goals. Details of our other visits are here: https://www.lovebritishfood.co.uk/farm-visits-for-caterers
