As an award-winning family-owned catering butcher, CMB Foods has over 40 years of experience in the meat industry. We serve the south-east of England with our own fleet of temperature controlled and tracked delivery vehicles from our premise in East Grinstead and can offer most locations at least 3 deliveries per week. Our production facility was purpose built in 2016 and has state of the art equipment to produce our products, such as our award winning Lingfield sausages that are manufactured using a gel alginate casing machine (one of the first to be used by a catering butcher in the UK). This gives the sausage a less chewy exterior casing when compared to regular animal/synthetic casings that can be off putting for customers.
We are a BRCGS AA* certified supplier with a full traceability and quality management system in place, which gives our customers completed trust and peace of mind in the products we produce and supply. We are also Red Tractor and Soil Association Organic accredited, so can supply products for all our customers’ needs.
