Li joined TUCO in December 2021, bringing knowledge in both private and public procurement. Li manages Sandwiches and Associated Products, Food Waste Management Services DPS, EPOS and Green House Gas Calculator frameworks, and is also responsible for the Welsh regional meetings. She is also a Responsible Procurement representative.
