Led by expert beer and wine sommeliers JW Lees and cheese specialist Jon Broadhurst, this immersive session will take place in Manchester – a city known for its passion for craft beer and innovative restaurants.
Participants will taste a curated selection of British and continental cheeses alongside an exceptional range of beers, discovering how different styles and flavours interact. Expect to gain practical knowledge you can apply in your own catering operation or hospitality offer.
