The TUCO Competitions is a two-day event designed to showcase the skillset of the TUCO membership.
Giving you and your colleagues the opportunity to show off your skills, develop your expertise and network with other TUCO members, the annual Competitions event is a key date for your diary.
Over the years, the event has expanded and currently consists of eight competition categories covering chef, mixology, and barista skills - meaning more staff from your catering teams can be involved.
